Tips for Staying Healthy - Draft One

To keep our health in a nice condition is really important for all mordern peopole. Recently, people more attend to their health of body and mind. Generally that's because more and more people think "Health is better than wealth." It means we can take everything away, such as food, clothig , housing and transportation, but we can't take away our health. Without health, wecan do nothing. Let me show you some tips for staying health! First, always be in a good mood. The pressure of modern life is the main reason makes us anxious. Second, having enough sleep. By the way, don't eat food before us go to bed in three hours, it's harm to the stomach. Third, doing exercise regularly. Strengthening the muscle can support our body well. Finally, eating sanatory food. Take vegetables and fruit for example, they are full of fiber and vitamins, and they are helpful for us to egest. Furthermore, remember to avoid having junk food! Follow the tips, you can get healthier easily.
