Choosing television programs carefully is important. Though the television is the most important channel to provide information and entertainment, it probably has some disadvantages. Some television programs which are full of violence and lust have some bad influence on teenagers. Spending too much time watching television also would do harm to eyesight; therefore, we should choose some programs which are good to our body. All in all, the most important thing is not to be a couch potato.

I have been living in a busy school. Since I have become a senior high school student, I am expected to enter a university, and the college boards are really a fierce competition; therefore, I was forced to study day and night. Everyday, my mind was weighed down with the heavy classwork. That's the reason why I have been busy not only at school but also at home. Besides, I gave up all my favorite extracurricular activities under pressure. Hopefully I can live in a colorful school life.
