When I was in elementary school, I used to be a member of rhythm band and I played Pianica. Therefore I got an instrument certificate of Pianica. Before graduating from school, we participated a music contest, fortunately, we got the champion. As the saying goes,” Where there is a will, there is a way.”, we made a great efforts for this contest indeed. From this experience of contest, I realized that the team spirit is necessary for all kinds of group.

I have decided to study Foreign Applied Language after graduating from vocational high school. From now on, I'll not fool around any more because I have fallen behind others too much. In order to make my ideal goal come true, I think I have to switch into high gear to take pains studying hard. I'll go all out in the Entrance Examination in order to enter my ideal college.

My name is Chieh-an Lin, and I'm now seventeen years old, and I live in Tainan County. I'm the eldest child in my family, and I have two brothers. There are seven of us altogether, and a Smooth Dachshund. My grandfather is a political enthusiast; he also likes to help my grandmother to buy groceries. My grandmother is a babysitter, and she's good at doing this job. My mother is a worker in a technology company, and she's also a good cook. My father is a taxi driver; he's also a big fan of MLB. My brother, Peter, is a student in Tainan Industrial Commercial Vocational Senior High School. My youngest brother, Jack, is a student who is major in English in Junior High School. As the saying goes,” Blood is thicker than water.” My parents expect my brothers and me to be independent; therefore, they always anticipate that we can make decision ourselves. I'm really lucky to live in such a sweet family.

When it comes to hobbies, I have a variety of hobbies. Such as reading, watching movies, listening to music and so on. I used to be a bandsman and played pianica in my elementary school. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies. It usually makes me calm. The Alchemist which is the book I love the most, it's about a little boy left his hometown and followed his dream. I've never read a more stirring story. After reading the book, it inspired me to be attentive to all about the thing surrounds me, and every moment has its importance for us.
