Choosing television programs carefully is significant. Though the television is the most significant channel to provide information and entertainment, it probably has some disadvantages. Some television programs which are full of violence and lust have a harmful impact on teenagers. Spending too much time watching television show also does harm to eyesight; therefore, we should choose some programs which are beneficial for body and mind. Most of all, not to be a couch potato.

I always live a diligent school. Since I have been a senior high school student, I am expected to be at college. Furthermore the College Board is a keen competition; therefore, I'm forced to study day and night. Day after day, the heavy academic burden weighed me down . That's the reason why I am industrious not only at school but also at home. In addition, all my favorite extracurricular activities are abandoned under pressure. Hopefully I can live a colorful school life.

Jack is a senior high school student. Three days ago, he didn't do well on his exams, thanks to the high developed technology, his father received his report card soon after. At the moment Jack got home, he felt a sense of anxiety while his father was looking at his report card concernedly. By his side, Jack stood quietly and did not want to explain why he got terrible grades. He did not have prepared well for the exam; instead, he played on-line games all nigh long before the exam. He didn't feel sorry until he saw an expression of disappointed on his father's face. Gradually, he repented and decided not to fool around any more because he has found that he has fallen behind others too much. Then , he said to his father that he will switch into high gear to study harder, and let his parents be proud of him. Finally, his father seemed to be moved by his son's words.
